Upstream licenses are placed in licenses/ by scripts/bundle.py. Windows packages include wireguard.exe and wg.exe extracted from the official WireGuard MSI. The tunnel service installs the signed WireGuard driver.
Source for the GPL components is available at the URLs above. The bundling script pins upstream versions, checks downloaded hashes against scripts/dependencies.lock.json, and builds wireguard-tools from its source archive. The wswg application communicates with these programs as separate processes.
